Happy September! We would like to give a BIG welcome to Grover Square's newest residents; Nick and Linda.We would also like to thank those residents who have renewed their lease with us. Thank you to everyone who came out to the Grover Square Fun Days last month.

Join us on Tuesday, September 14th from 5 pm - 7 pm in the clubhouse. There will be pizza and drinks provided by Cox Communications and they will offer special one night promotions if you sign up for their services. We hope to see everyone there!

Stop by the clubhouse during office hours and try our flavor of the week while you enjoy your fresh cup of coffee, tea or hot chocolate. Kids are welcome to stop by the office anytime after school and enjoy a healthy snack.

To better serve our residents we are now open longer on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
